A alternative choices to your favourite fried chicken outlet. What is interesting is that, they have a bigger variety choices of sides compare to the usual fried chicken outlet around. Try and experience a whole new taste of fried chicken and it’s sides.

Tried their Fried Fish and Chicken Set at 9.80, comes with 2 sides and 1 sift drink. Honestly, when the food was ready I was quite surprised, presentation was quite good for a ‘fast food’ place. The fried fish was good, the spicy fried chicken was lacking a little flavor thou. But still better than KFC. Service was kind of non existence as its more of a self service, staff looked restless. A pity thou, if managed properly it will have a lot of potentials.

Fast food concept with a slow food delivery, but a restaurant pricing. Introducing Chic-a-boo! The dish costs $9.80 each, and you will be hard pressed to find another similar food joint that offers such poor value for money. There is no table service and we waited 15 mins for the food when you see that there is virtually no crowd. You can get much better, more delicious fried chicken burger at McDonald or angus burger at a faster speed and better price point. The food is decent but not for $9.80 each. The only reason this is not 1 star is because the reception lady was earnest in trying her best for the sad joint. Chic-a-boo, I hope you are listening !

First time eating chic-a-boo. Ordered a set meal for 3. Good deal with lots of food enough for 4. 3 pieces of chicken 2 pieces of fish. Nuggets, prawn, 3 sides, 3 drink and nacho chicken. Complimentary dates, korma. Self service collection and try return after finished eating. Not bad.

Fast food concept in a restaurant setting. Mediocre food. The cheesy chicken burger was huge but the chicken skin reeked of reused oil. The bun was too soft. The burger tasted too one dimensional. Calamari was served hot, but the batter was so easily detached from the squid. No mayo either. Not recommended.

<ö+ TasteMarked Reviews +ø> We ordered: 3 pcs chicken set with 2 sides and a coke. For the side dish we selected salad and onion rings. And for the chicken we had mix of spicy and regular chicken. We notice that the regular non spicy chicken is crispier than the spicy. And honestly, the spicy version is not really spicy but it was so tasty. I do like the chicken, it’s a bit dry inside and crispy on the outside... its not as juicy as popeye and kfc but its tastier/saltier. Also, it will be better if it was served hot/warm because when we got it its a little cold already. Also, i really like their sides! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the dressing for the salad reminds me of wendy’s and the onion rings were served HOT! yey! Fast service. Plates, sauces, cutlery were all available for self service. There is also a basin for washing hands, with paper towel for hand drying. Food is hot & crispy. Chicken is crispy. The spicy one can be quite hot. The fish is also of higher quality. The garlic bread was a surprise. It was extremely light & the exterior is crispy. Highly recommended!
